hello! I’m Moi,
a technologist and researcher pursuing a PhD in Human-Centered Computing at the Georgia Institute of Technology's School of Interactive Computing. Professionaly, I have worked across diverse fields including national security, cybersecurity, information and operational technology (IT/OT), STEM/STEAM education, agriculture, and community advocacy.
My research is driven by the notion of relationality— an indigenous way of knowing that informs my approach to interconnected systems and people. I apply this philosophy by bridging deep technical expertise with a human-centered mission, generating insights for critical infrastructure design, workforce development, and community-oriented changemaking across complex socio-technical domains.
At present, I am excited about agricultural technology design and community integrations (especially ciruclar economy models for underserved and rural communities). If interested in engaging, please feel free to reach out!

My kupuna (ancestors) believed that land & waters were alive.
That they hold stories, memories, and relationships.
How does the land you know speak through you?
This perspective informs my research, driving equitable solutions in computing, sustainable engineering, and global governance.
